English Language Training Programme

The English Language Training Programme, inaugurated in 2003, has been established to help people working in the private, public and semi-government sectors upgrade their abilities to use English for professional purposes. It is a joint project between the BCIS and the U.S. Department of State's English Language Fellow Programme, which has assigned an English Language Teaching Consultant to the BCIS to help launch and coordinate the programme.
